HOTT Pictsies

HOTT Army, for the lack of something better to do, thought I’d re-arrange this post. The idea and name for these came from 'The Wee Free Men' by Terry Pratchett. GW goblins were ideal as they fitted the anarchic style of the Wee Free Men. However, it couldn't be just another goblin army. So blue instead of green and themed. It became a bit of an obsession, so ended up way over the top in numbers. Anyway, here they be och aye the noo:
Army02Warband General (Clan chief), piper is a Rackham dwarf;GeneralMacSwick023xRiders;Wabs19Wabs203xKnights (The Collie Lancers); Dugs23Dugs3x Warband (Lock up your sheep); Skelps18Aerial Hero;MacBoak053xFliers; Stooks91Stook14Artillery;Arty93Arty94Lurker (‘Get your fresh fish here’); Lurk10Cleric; HWull06Magician;HWull07 3xShooters;Arras3xHordes, Caesar miniatures 1/72 goblins;Bluits223xBeasts (feral haggis herd with purple Angus the prize bull); Haggi12Haggi111xDragon by PAPO from local toy store (Nessie);Nessie16Stronghold (jist a big stane really). 1. Fantastic, eclectic army. I love all the old sculpts and the caesar stuff thrown in. And it's not a proper goblin force without checkerboard pattern somewhere.

  2. Thanks Sean, it was a fun project. The Caesar figures hadn't been long released at the time so it was an opportunity. The fact that they turned out even smaller than the GW goblins was a bonus.
